If you’ve selected own travel during registration for the offsite in Windsor on May 9-10, 2025, we’d like to remind you to book your travel in time.
Please consider following timings when booking your travel:

📍Saturday, May 10, 2025 – End offsite program at 12:00 PM

St Pancras → Windsor: 10:30 AM
Heathrow → Windsor: 11:15 AM

Windsor → St Pancras: 11:45 AM (typical transfer time 1-1h30)
Windsor → Heathrow: 12:15 PM (typical transfer time 25mins)

Please book your train or flight tickets direct through the Eurostar or Airline website, not via TravelPerk.

Extended hotel stays and individual transport (taxi, car service, etc.) are at your own expense and cannot be expensed via Rydoo.

Budget limits:
o Belgium : €150 (for train or flight only).
o The Netherlands : €200 (for train or flight only).
o Germany : €300 (for flight only).

All group travel has been booked, so switching from own travel to the group booking is no longer possible.
